The Kanso is only compatible with implant models after the N22 implant, which is from approximately 1998 onwards and includes the N24, Freedom, N5, and N6 system implants contact your clinic if you want to know if your implant is compatible.

Spare parts and accessories for the Kanso product will only be available via the Online store.

After purchase the Kanso will be shipped directly from Cochlear Limited with the recipient’s own (current) MAPs your clinic may liaise with Cochlear Limited to facilitate the loading of these MAPs on purchase.

At launch, Kanso will be offered at a special introductory price of $5,520 + GST, for a limited time only commencing 9th February 2017 and ending 30th June 2017.

In order to access the Cochlear Limited online store, patients must register for a m圜ochlear account.

The Kanso is not funded by the Ministry of Health.

Please be advised, at the time of launch, the Kanso Sound Processor will only be available via the online store as a second processor, on a fee-paying basis, and will not be available for systems supplied to new candidates, or as upgrades.
